I'm not e-reader savvy, so I'm not sure how this stuff works internationally, so forgive me if this is a silly question: Will it be available to the US as well? And will it be available as a hard copy or only as an e-book?

@Anonymous. This report refers to plans to release an audio reading of the book. The e-book is already out and I don't know if it's available outside the UK. There are no plans to release a printed version, unfortunately. However there will be a permanent CD edition of the e-book reading coming out in March, so the story will be preserve.

The Ebook is available outside the UK. Amazon, iTunes and several other online bookstores sell the book.
