Regular blog~o~trons will perhaps have noticed that the Blogtor Who Top 50 countdown of my favourite stories OF ALL TIME!!!! has gone a little quiet over the past few months. Glad to see The Robots of Death so high up, shame it only just missed out on the top 10 (it's a personal favourite, but then, I guess most of seasons 14-15 rank highly with most long-term fans). I'll be interested to see what your top ten are :)

I was interested to see that you rank Human Nature/The Family of Blood and The Impossible Planet/The Satan Pit higher than Blink, as the latter tops (or very nearly tops) most fans' lists of Nu-Who stories. Personally, I'll take Human Nature/Family or Impossible Planet/Satan Pit over Blink any day, while I appreciate the unusual structure and good acting and direction of Blink I've just never been a big fan of the Angels. What's your reasoning, Cameron? :)

Don't get me wrong, I do love Blink but, for me, it's just not as interesting or rewarding as the stories above it.

It's a perfect "first viewing" story whereas other stories, like those above it, keep on giving in further watches.

Intrigued by what your Top Ten might be, given that so many of my Top Ten have gone already. From the look of the Top 50, you clearly have a bias to the Davison years - and there's only one Troughton story so far, which is a surprise, but makes sense if you're not the biggest fan of his era. (Wash your mouth out!) I'm guessing the following stories will make it: City of Death, The Caves of Androzani, Horror of Fang Rock, The Seeds of Doom and The Girl in the Fireplace. But what of the other five? Utopia? The Aztecs? Vincent and the Doctor? I'd say your tastes are hard to pin down.

Thanks for finding the time to come back to this list Cameron. I'm looking forward to seeing your number one - surely Caves of Androzani :)
