The BBC have aired a trailer for this years Children In Need event featuring Matt Smith as The Doctor - watch it in the trailer below. It suggests that the Doctor Who related content will feature early on in the evening, around 7.30pm. BBC One will be screening the annuual charity telethon on Nov 15.
