The BBC have released a special animated trailer previewing their Christmas output narrated by Doctor Who actor, Peter Capaldi - watch it in the player below. Also featured in the short film are The Twelfth Doctor himself along with the other stars of BBC One's festive programming including Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman from Sherlock.
Earlier today it was announced that the Doctor Who 2015 Christmas special, The Husbands of River Song, will air at 5.15pm, Dec 25 on BBC One. Find out more about the festive episode HERE.
