And the Slitheen unzip their foreheads about a hundred times more than is necessary.

However, I love buffalo buffalo buffalo (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Buffalo_buffalo_Buffalo_buffalo_buffalo_buffalo_Buffalo_buffalo), the poor pig-hybrid alient decoy, and Harriet Jones before she got driven into the ground.

I wish Christopher Eccleston had had fewer silly fart episodes and more blood-and-thunder episodes like Dalek. And the inverse for David Tennant.

Yay for more commentaries!
Jackie from VancouverAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2272431515083873489.post-27767088547697453282011-10-17T11:46:15.485+01:002011-10-17T11:46:15.485+01:00waiting for Matt Smith to fart.

I enjoy the scenes after it's realised that Rose has been gone a year, and I think this is the first time that the show has looked at the family and friends of a companion coped after they fly off in the Tardis. It's also pleasing that Mickey's character moves on, and earns the Doctor's respect.

On the downside, I'm not a fan of the Slitheen. In their human disguise, the zips on the foreheads, childish behaviour and constant farting is far too silly. Nor do I particularly like the design of the alien creature, which looks awkward and clumsy.Jonathannoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2272431515083873489.post-31739866603414521212011-10-16T18:56:32.792+01:002011-10-16T18:56:32.792+01:00I love almost evrything about Aliens of London/WW3...I love almost evrything about Aliens of London/WW3. Do you find it slightly ridiculous that they could manage to infiltrate government That quickly? Or do you think they bring a touch of humor to the episode?DWForeverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13777715982089723584noreply@blogger.com
